Studies show that women holding leadership roles can support organisations in managing relationships with customers, inspire other women employees, and uplift employee engagement. Business schools need to focus on certain strategies

  • Provide scholarships to girls’ candidates
  • Motivate them with flexibility
  • Provide them with transportation benefits
  • Strong mentoring system with CEOs and C suite roles interaction
  • Create role models in the organisation who motivate the girl candidates
  • More women in the MBA classroom can improve the learning experience for all students
  • Supporting women in STEM leadership roles.
  • Start salary negotiation courses for MBA women students. Some of the barriers that women face to gaining gender pay parity can be linked to a lack of confidence in areas such as salary negotiation
  • Providing career links with diversity-driven companies.
  • Close the gender pay gap by reviewing the salaries between male and female faculty. 
  • Provide special courses on women's entrepreneurship
  • Design certain courses which will equip women.

To conclude the Business education system, need the focus on women in MBA and create certain courses which will equip women and feel motivated to take the MBA course and down the lane they become best leaders.
