What is the salary for MBA graduates in India 2021?
Generally, in India salary increases exponentially on the experience you acquire. On average, an MBA entry-level salary ranges between 3.5L to 8L. With just 1 to 4 years experience, early career MBA Salary in India can grow up to Rs 4L or more. Mid-level MBA Salary i.e., a candidate having 5-9 years of experience on average gets paid Rs 8L PA.
If a candidate has 10 to 19 years of experience, his/her average MBA Salary is Rs 14 L. If you have 20 years of experience or more, your average MBA salary in India given to the senior level of management like director, senior director, Vice President, and the salaries offered average at Rs 25L.
