On the 4th day of the MOM Programme, An experiential learning session was conducted by Prof.Kuldeep Sharma, Director of IIBS. Solution craft is a creative activity that is more entrepreneurial in nature. The natural business ideas of the students are transformed into a model project. He taught students how to demonstrate their artistic abilities, inspiration, ingenuity, and unique ideas by 3D modelling new or current industries and presenting the business plan, data, and figures during the session. Through a group exercise of Company Model Preparation, the new students had the opportunity to build team spirit and bonding. All faculty members guided and counselled the students on how to improve their business strategy at regular intervals.

Students were divided into groups and given limited raw materials to use in accordance with their project plans. Every member of the group worked hard to bring in new ideas and propose the best business model. We saw students with exceptional learning abilities during this programme and noticeable progress in team building during this programme.

Outcome:

  • Students could propose an idea and manage it within the constraints of limited resources. 
  • They could overcome these challenges such as time constraints and deadlines. 
  • Promoted the use of garbage and recycling in order to save the environment. 
  • Assisted students in team building by getting to know one another not only by name but also by work habits and knowledge.
