On the 6th Day of the MOM Program, Dr.Syed Shahid Raza conducted a session to foster creative abilities and introduce them to the field of Business & Management through activities involving innovative Sales and Marketing concepts & strategies.

Students were given an overview of the concepts in Sales and Marketing and discussed the importance of Sales & Marketing activities and how they have an impact on the overall growth and revenue generation for the organization. The students were divided into 8 teams and were asked to pick a product that would like to innovate, market, and eventually plan the sales using Marketing mix and Product mix strategies.

The students not only learned how to create a competitive product but brand the product which helps secure a competitive advantage. The students came up with creative promotional ads for their product which was the stand out of the event, with a wonderful Sales pitch at the end of their presentation. The Teams also learned how to handle Sales objections as the event moderators and students asked questions pertaining to their product which were answered with a lot of enthusiasm and precisely by the Teams. Outcome: The students were made aware of the role of Marketing and Sales personnel in bringing about product innovations, product positioning, promotions, and sales.
