By bidding and deciding whether to make a deal or not, the activity encourages students to take a chance and invest wisely. the interaction with in-depth conversations about risk, utility, and probability. The students typically have a very positive reaction to the activity because it is simple to learn, enjoyable to play in class, and easy to learn.
