To ensure a supply of high-Quality Castings, essential for Hydraulic components, YIL took over a running foundry in 1986. Castings are exported to leading hydraulic component manufacturers in Europe and USA. An industrial Visit to “Yuken India Ltd” Malur Industrial Area, Kolar District, Karnataka was successfully organized by IIBS on Wednesday 25/11/2022, for PGDM Sec B. 36 Students and Two faculty members (Prof. Sibananda Das) and (Prof. Mangala reddy) visited Yuken India Ltd to understand how the production activity, Management Process, technology works and also to acquire knowledge and experience.

We all students went to Yuken India Ltd company on a college bus. The bus left the campus by 10:30 AM and reached the venue at 12:22 PM. MBA in operations management in Bangalore

After the security check, the students were taken to the introduction room and given a briefing on rules and guidelines to be followed by everyone inside the industry. We were divided into two teams each with 16 students while visiting every department of the company.  

The technical Head of Yuken India ltd created a very informative session for us. Enlightened us about the different types of hydraulic valves manufactured and assembled by them. We also witnessed the whole assembly line of pumps. We got to know about Hydraulic pump, Valve control director, and their uses. top MBA colleges in Bangalore

The Industrial visit to Yuken India Ltd enriched our knowledge and experience and also provided a great opportunity to learn practically through demonstration, interaction, exchange of information, and Employment practices which will help the students in their further career growth.
