The La Search module as a part of the MOM program focused on the basics of leadership guided the would be professionals through nonstop activities.
The activity took off with a contact and coordinate game, where the students had to make sure to be in touch with each without disturbing the requirements of the surroundings, and without being disturbed by the external influences.
The risks of being a leader, a follower, a team player, a motivator, a competitor were understood through the landmine game where a blind folded individual was guided/misguided to reach the goal with all the risks accounted.
A leader has to be a good listener, a team player, one among everyone and respecting everyone at par. The leader has to have the ability to accommodate every individual along with their mindset and accomplish the task with available resources. The paper tower activity taught the students with perfection.
