Mr. Sajoeapen HR of Hindustan Unilever, Interacted with IIBS MBA Student at Bangalore Campus. Change initiatives are time-consuming and costly, significantly impacting an organization’s drive toward success. An Interactive programme was organized by Dr. Rajasulochana AL, who invited Mr. Sajoeapen, an HR Specialist of Hindustan Unilever to handle the session. He has illustrated an example of how Hindustan Unilever made a change in its structure and organization which is resulted to make a change in the market. There was a presentation session in which he assigned to each group one case let to drive new solutions and answer questions related to it.
