IIBS is an epitome of unity in diversity as students are from different places with vivid cultures. A session on cultural interaction was led by Prof. Susmitha TP on the 8th day of the MOM programme. The session's goal was to promote greater open-mindedness among the students by exposing them to a variety of viewpoints, ideas, and cultural traditions. They will become more receptive to new concepts as a result, and they will be better able to understand a subject by considering various viewpoints. MBA programs in Bangalore
The session taught the students a lot about valuing the differences that make each person unique. They were asked to design activities that would highlight and celebrate diversity in the classroom while also providing a secure environment for all students to express themselves. A culturally sensitive curriculum that considers the diversity of its student body is what IIBS does best. They also recognize the value of fostering cultural awareness. Numerous activities take place at IIBS to promote cultural awareness in the classroom, and faculty members actively demonstrate to their students that they are concerned about their needs on a cultural, emotional, and intellectual level.
The class was split up into various groups throughout the session, and each group included students from various Indian states. In the course of the session, the following tasks were assigned; MBA in Project Management in Bangalore
