Although it will not take your score from 70 to 99 percentile score in your CAT EXAM, but as per the experts if you apply the right strategy you can boost your percentile by 30-40 points.
Logical reasoning is a game changer
Logical reasoning (LR) can prove to be a game changer to boost or doom your CAT percentile score. Despite scoring 97 or 99 percentile in CAT, if your LR remains week you may miss the chance of getting into reputed B schools in India.
Be fully prepared with Quantitative Ability
Quant section needs conceptual clarity as its formula based questions. Your knowledge and skill to apply the fundamentals to solve the Quant questions in CAT will help you score high.
In the end it is always advisable to take online MOCK tests as many as possible and not to mug up vocabulary as it would be of no use as “practice makes a CAT perfect!”
