During the 5th day of the MOM Programme, a case study writing session was held for all 2022 batch students at IIBS. The session was conducted by Dr.M.Kethan to guide on writing and Solving a case study. The objective of the session was to understand the case study-based approach. Top Bschool in Bangalore for MBA

The workshop aimed to understand how to develop an in-depth, multi-faceted understanding of a complex issue in its real-life context and formulate it into a case study. MBA Bangalore

Methodology:

Read and Examine the Case Thoroughly - Take notes, highlight relevant facts, and underline key problems.
Focus Your Analysis - Identify two to five key problems; understand how they impact the organization.
Uncover Possible Changes Needed – Based on the review of course readings and discussions find the solutions
Select the Best Solution- Consider strong supporting evidence with pros and cons to the solution. Check whether the solution is practical.
