On the 3rd Day of MBA MOM 2024, we had the privilege of hosting an enlightening workshop for our students, featuring Ms. Suma AnnaGowda, a renowned TEDx Speaker, LinkedIn Brand Specialist, and an industry expert. The event was coordinated by Dr. Roby Baby and Prof. Susmitha, focused on harnessing the power of LinkedIn for career advancement and personal branding.
Ms Suma AnnaGowda is having her expertise in LinkedIn growth and personal branding, particularly for busy professionals seeking to enhance their online presence. Her session was designed to offer practical insights and actionable strategies for leveraging LinkedIn as a potent tool in one’s professional journey.
Commencing with a comprehensive overview, Ms. Suma addressed the new batch of students, elucidating the transformative impact LinkedIn can have on career trajectories. She emphasised the platform’s pivotal role in not just connecting with potential employers but also in crafting a professional narrative that resonates within the industry.
A key segment of the workshop was devoted to the structure of an effective LinkedIn profile. Ms. Suma stressed the importance of a professional profile photograph, noting that first impressions are critical.
