Yoga is a treasured gift from India's ancient tradition. It is a holistic approach to health and well-being. It also promotes harmony between humans and nature. On the 8th day of the MOM Program, IIBS hosted a yoga session for 2022 batch students on campus. Prof.Narappa reddy, a professional yoga trainer, successfully led the program.
The session highlighted various yoga-related power structures. The trainer discussed the importance of practicing yoga and its impact on people's mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The session began with a warmup to prepare for the activities. Following that, the participants engaged in meditation practice. Following that, some pranayama exercises were performed. The participants then performed Suryanamaskar. The outcome of the session are;
- Awareness and information about yoga and its benefits.
- Knowledge of both the spiritual and physical aspects of yoga.
- Teaches you how to look after yourself.
