IIBS Noida organizes a seminar on 23rd April 2018 on Management Scenario in India and Abroad conducted by the delegate of Hawk University, Finland Mr. Antti Isovitta Manager, Global Education.
He emphasizes the importance of Cross-cultural management. He further explains the need in relation with the collaboration of national and international boundaries that involves managing work teams that consider the differences in cultures, practices, and preferences of consumers in international business context.
It is an opportunity when working with people from different country and background as employees can get a specific knowledge which cannot obtain in the home environment.Furthermore, work in the team that across national boundaries will increase employees' interpersonal skill and enhance their perspective.
He further adds that Working as part of an international team can also acquire a valuable experience that may useful in the future roles. The students enjoyed and interacted a lot in this session. Students were imparted immense knowledge on what future MBA hold in international boundaries does.
