A Special Independence Day with Orphanage Kids by IIBS MBA College Bangalore. On the 15th August 2018, after National flag hoisting at IIBS Campus, members of IIBS Rotaract club went to provide actual meaning to independence day to put smiles on the faces of the little buds of Greater Hope Children’s Orphanage, R.T. Nagar, Bangalore.
The day’s celebration started with the kids praying before having lunch that was provided to them by IIBS Rotaractors. The innocence and the actual gratitude evident in their prayers was very moving. The program was coordinated by Dr. A Prakash and Prof. Rubina Chettri, commenced with the introduction of the tiny tots there, who were very happy to have company.
They were storehouses of talents and weren’t shy to showcase them in front of everyone. They were delighted when the cake for the celebration was cut. The cake cutting ceremony was followed by the handing over of the stationaries, sanitary napkins and all the other things that they needed.
They spoke how beautiful they felt about the same. They filled everyone with emotions when they talked about remembering all of us (IIBS) during their daily prayers.
